Zedbazi (zedbazi.net) is an online betting and gaming platform. By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Zedbazi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

By using Zedbazi's services, you confirm that you are participating on this platform of your own free will and with full awareness. Betting is a form of entertainment, and Zedbazi makes no guarantee of profit from any wager.

To open an account on Zedbazi, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• The phone number and email address provided during registration must be valid and genuine.

After registration, Zedbazi may verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at support@zedbazi.net. You are primarily responsible for the security of your own account.

The payment methods currently supported on Zedbazi are listed below:

• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used to make the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (separate limits apply for premium members).
• Zedbazi reserves the right to review any transaction deemed suspicious.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Zedbazi:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Zedbazi reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Zedbazi will not be liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions during live betting.
• For parlay bets, if any single selection is void, the entire bet will be cancelled.

Zedbazi may set maximum bet limits for any market. These limits are subject to change for special events. If odds change, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

Zedbazi offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.
• Zedbazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If wagering requirements are not met after claiming a bonus, the bonus balance will be deducted before any withdrawal is processed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zedbazi:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit loopholes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

Zedbazi may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms & Conditions.

• When required by legal order.

Account holders are generally notified by email or SMS before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of rule violations. A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50 may be applied to the balance of inactive accounts.

Zedbazi is not responsible for the following:

• Bets cancelled or lost due to internet connection issues.
• Errors or failures on third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized use of your account if your password has been compromised.
• Financial loss from betting — betting always carries risk.
